Embedded Software - Develop and commercialize embedded software services and drivers for audio, voice, and sound use cases typically found on mobile wireless handsets and handheld devices. DSP Firmware - Develop and commercialize audio and speech algorithms (encoders, decoders, and proprietary signal clarity and effects processing modules) on cutting edge fixed and floating point processors for audio, voice, and sound use cases typically found on mobile wireless handsets and handheld devices. Skills/Experience Key Skills for Embedded Software & DSP Firmware • Experience developing commercial software in areas such as speech and audio decoders & encoders, multimedia services and drivers, or hardware mixed signal and serial device drivers. • Ability to develop and debug embedded software and firmware spanning multiple processor cores and subsystems in real-time multitasking, multithreaded environments, including reading schematics, debugging hardware, and proficiency with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, JTAGs, and other lab and test equipment.
