General Qualifications: Manage and direct Engineering Technicians, National Field Technicians, and day-to-day department operations Act as project manager and support department heads on major corporate projects with an emphasis on real estate, leases, financial budgets, and facility layout Interface with other teams for legal, projects, budget resolutions, and documentation Assist in new product development and equipment evaluation and setup for product launches and trials Work with major industrial developers and private equity groups Establish financial and dimensional project parameters Specify construction specification and timelines Perform facility site review and evaluation Institute engineering and business aspects relating to legal and formal documents Project manage general contractors and sub contractors Create competitive bid specification Manage overall project programs and utilization of department personnel Maintain primary over site for project from initiation through completion for project valued up to 2M Supervise plant personnel and contractors relating to facility projects Coordinate and implement facility planning for new manufacturing methods throughout Client network Up to 50% travel Work is primarily sedentary in nature 5-10 years related experience Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Auto CAD design experience, MS Project, and MS Excel Experience in construction management and budget tracking Experience in HVAC, electrical power distribution, and pneumatic piping distribution Strong communication and management skills including cost analysis and technical writing Construction and manufacturing experience Financial understanding; strong budgeting skills Send a word resume to jthompson@tescareers.com http://bull.hn/l/T6SR/4"
