"Our client is a well established Construction company with an expanding global footprint; as a result of expansion they are looking for “Quantity Surveyor” for Abu Dhabi, UAE. Few of the job details are: - Be fully conversant with and appropriate computer software (CCS, MS Office etc.) - Be fully aware of contractual requirements and tender / contract documents. - Measure work done, Materials on Site etc. and prepare valuations in accordance with Client/engineer procedures. - Evaluate and administer Change orders and Day works as necessary According to the conditions and requirements. - Analyze each Item of BOQ in to prime resource, (Material, equipment, Manpower, and Subcontracts) - Analyze Major material Items and Major subcontractors in a comparison sheet for evaluation - Liaise with Client, Consultants, sub contractors in respect of financial matters and as necessary. Nationality: Preference is for Sri Lankans, other nationals can also apply in full confidence. Experience: Civil graduate with atleast 5 years experience.
