"Berean Group is looking for a Director PMO for our end client. Location: Schiphol Rijk, Nether Lands Contract: Long Term Contract (6-9 Months) Job Description: This Director PMO role within the DMG is responsible for: • The project management office for LGI, providing project and delivery related information and metrics to the LGI organization • The Demand Management Process in LGI (managing the roadmaps, the demand from the Corp and Country organizations vs the capacity of the delivery organization, managing the intake of all new projects in the LGI organization) • Governance of the delivery and demand management process • Functional ownership for Portfolio mgmt. tools in the company • Direct, manage and motivate a team of Managers, Business analysts and Coordinators • Support the VP Delivery Management Group and LGI management team as required Main Responsibilities: • Working together with the VP Delivery Management Group and other group Directors and VPs, ensure all required processes are implemented, adhered to and standardized across the team and are continually reassessed as to their effectiveness • Own the demand management process; enhance the process; implement it in the rest of the organization; maintain it on an ongoing basis • Create PMO function in the LGI delivery organization • Provide mechanisms and tools for project communication and information sharing within LGI • Create best practices for LGI program management • Create best practices (as in: starters kit / program management handbook) for the LGI program management delivery organization Knowledge, Skills & Experience: • Demonstrable 10+ yrs successful program delivery management in industry relevant large scale programs throughout the entire project lifecycle • Preferably set-up and /or managed PMOs / project offices before, in large scale international technology (or media) companies • Fluent English speaker, ideally with other European languages, at ease and effective in operating in an international working environment.
