If you are currently engaged on a project or the role does not fit your profile, please advise us of your availability or the desired role and rate.   Project Manager (35576498)     Contract Position  Toronto, ON    Job Description    One of Modis Global clients is currently looking for a Project Manager  to join their PMO team.  The qualified PM will be responsible for the management and coordination of designated projects as directed by the business.       Required Qualifications  -          3-5 years of project management/leadership experience in a Technology Environment  -          PMP designation is preferred  -          Experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project (or similar)  -          Experience managing cross functional teams (including outside of IT)  -          Must have strong interpersonal skills, in addition to, excellent written and oral communication.  -          Experience with managing large projects using retail technologies such as POS, Back Office Systems, Debit and Credit Card Processing is required  -          Knowledge of project methodologies including familiarity with the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK)  -          Strong attention to detail  -          Relationship Management - Ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with clients, vendors and peers.  -          Team Management And TeamBuilding - Ability to form, build and manage effective teams.  -          Leadership - Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others.  -          Influencing - Ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.    Desired Skills & Experience:  -          Influencing - Ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.  -          Decision Making And Critical Thinking - Knowledge of tools and techniques for effective use of a broad range of factors, assumptions, frameworks and perspectives when solving problems.  -          Coaching  - Ability to encourage, motivate and guide individuals and teams in learning and improving effectiveness.  -          Application Delivery Process - Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications.    Attributes:  -          Accountability  -          Teamwork & Partnering  -          Building Trust  -          Results Orientation  -          Analytic/Systematic Thinking  -          Conceptual Thinking  -          Communication  -          RelationshipBuilding    Send your resume to konstantina.kyrtsos@modis.com http://bull.hn/l/YTU0/4"
