REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years designing and development. • Strong OOD/OOP skills and thorough understanding of OO practices. • 5+ years .NET development and architecture (C# and ASP 2.0). • 3+ years’ experience .NET Web Services. • 3+ years’ experience in parsing flat and XML files. • 5+ years multi-tier/multi-layer design. • 5+ years developing databases in MS SQL 2005/2008. • Ability to estimate, plan and execute complex technical projects. • Experience with IIS and SQL Admin a big plus. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and leadership skills. Must have a strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively within a team. Must be able to adhere to specific guidelines and practices with little supervision. Must have strong business analysis and design experience. Experience in managing multiple projects in a complex business and systems environment. Energy industry experience is a plus. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
