The Sourcing Specialist supports both internal and external Recruitment Consultants by providing quality candidates for a variety of positions and in a variety of locations.  Other responsibilities include but are not limited to proactively searching online databases to source candidates, networking and gaining referrals in order to build database and pipeline of candidates, reviewing resumes/candidates for specific qualifications, as well as conducting phone screens and submitting qualified candidates to Recruitment Consultants.
