The primary responsibility of a Job Developer is to find job opportunities and/or companies and identify the appropriate hiring authority for the type of position being sought by CFM on behalf of the Member. COMPENSATION Income for this exceptionally satisfying work-from-home opportunity will be up to $48K or more depending on productivity. QUALIFICATIONS While related experience is strongly preferred, full training will be provided to serious committed individuals who posses the prerequisite skills and attitude which include but are not limited to: A diploma or degree and 2 or more years of full-time work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a true desire to help clients to achieve their goals; • Solid research skills and abilities in using the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications; • Confidence in speaking with business professionals including recruiters, managers, executives and owners at all levels; • Disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision; • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. A reliable computer with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), reliable Internet access will be needed.
