"Looking for a Dy HR Manager in Haridwar, India Position: - DY HR Manager Job Location: - Haridwar, Uttaranchal Experience Required: - Minimum 5 Years (Manufacturing Plant Exp) Education:- MBA / PG Diploma - HR (First class is Mendatory & Must be Regular Degree not Distance Learning) Job Profile:- Support Plant HR Heads in the implementation of PMS, T&D, OD and Engagement initiatives, as planned and envisaged at the Corporate Office. To facilitate implementation and deployment of Organization Development (OD) initiatives for Capability Development and Talent Management Assist DGM in manufacturing plant in the implementation of the HR initiatives ,Training & Development and Training Management initiatives in coordination with corporate and all the manufacturing units. Work in close coordination with the Department heads to capture their key expectation from the Human Resource function, specifically regarding the OD initiatives. Manage employee queries and grievances with reference to PMS, T&D and OD initiatives (including HR policies).
