Technical Expert (OPGW) in Pune, India Position: - Technical EXPERT OPGW Job Location: - Pune, Maharashtra   Experience Required: - Minimum 12 Years Education:- BE / B Tech – Electrical / Metallurgical / Mechanical Engineering Qualified   Job Profile:- To Design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, demonstration for acceptance, documentation, supply of OPGW and associated hardware &fittings and In-line Splices. Design of the mechanical assemblies and accessories, including vibration dampers required for installation of all overhead fiber cable. Factory acceptance test (FAT, witnessed by customer) Type test (only in case of a basic new design, repetition in exceptional cases) Business Development and client interaction, will be responsible for the overall process control & improvement Optimize equipment set points and process parameters. Select and qualify best equipment for future capacity expansion – position requires detailed, knowledge about different machines, equipment & techniques Responsible to control over all product quality & the technical specifications of cable, HW and accessories.
