KG, an Honeywell Company, in Lüdenscheid we look for a Product Manager (m/f) Key Responsibilities: • Identify market opportunities and develop product strategies to take advantage of these • Full cradle to grave portfolio management • Anticipating, qualifying, defining and satisfying customer product needs • New Product Launch co-ordination and communication through regional marketing teams • New products launch processes and communication • Forecasting for new products • Pricing and profitability • Ensuring that collateral information represents the products appropriately for the target audience • Analysis of product group performance, trends and contribution • End of line processes and communications • Ensure that new and existing products meet the relevant standards, legislation and regulations • Competitor analysis of products, pricing, selling methods and target markets • Devising and implementing tactical marketing solutions in order to meet company objectives • Take full responsibility for the product development strategy, vision and route to market • Champion product management and marketing techniques • To work closely with the regional commercial organisations to deliver planned levels of revenue, margin, profit and market share • Working with regional commercial organisations to support appropriate promotions and create and implement new customer offerings • Play a critical role working with the regional commercial organisations in creating a uniquely advantageous approach to customers through leveraging ECC product breadth and scale Experience/Qualifications: • A Business and/or Electrical Engineering degree is highly desirable • A post graduate marketing qualification is also desirable • Product management experience in Electrical or Wiring Devices/Manufacturing would be a benefit • Exposure to various routes to market and market channel methodology • Experience of analysing markets and developing pricing models • Defining and implementing strategic marketing plans • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience in financial management with regard to budgets, pricing of products, investment etc • Commercial acumen to develop proposals effectively • Experience of working with sales and marketing teams • Experience of working in a rapidly growing changeable environment • Fluency in English and German INTERESTED?
