Responsibilities: • Evaluating customer’s business needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions • Assessing IT organisation capability and conformance to frameworks including CMM, ITIL, etc • Generating Feasibility Study and Business Case reports • Facilitating workshops and client meetings To be successful considered for this role, you should have: • At least the 5 years experience in working as a Business Analyst, 2-3 years on a CRM project • Experience in working with CRM Dynamics solutions within a corporate or consulting environment • Understanding business/organisation/marketing context of business solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Solid understanding and use of applicable notations (UML or Rational etc) • Current Baseline, Restricted or Highly Protected clearance (mandatory) Please note: only suitable applicants that meet the above criteria will be considered for the role.
