"RECRUITMENT OFFICER – Rio Tinto Gurgaon (153 ranked in fortune 500 company) In this role you will be responsible for: • Supporting various recruitment activities within the end-to-end recruitment process o Conducting candidate screening and database search o Conducting phone screens and presenting shortlists to the Hiring Leads o Notifying unsuccessful candidates o Inviting and scheduling candidates for assessment centres / interviews / site visits • Data tracking, reporting and quality auditing • Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Managing work volume to ensure optimum service delivery and candidate management Eligibility and Required Experience: • Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline is essential • Post Graduate Degree or diploma in Human Resources- preferred • 2- 5years of work experience in Recruitment/Human Resources or Services environment • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite If Interested send your resume at megha.khullar@riotinto.com"
