Please send your resumes at olgay@teamrecruiting.com! 4+ years of experience Our IT Application Support team is searching for a Core Application Support who will be working on System integrated testing environments , TST and Production Java applications, troubleshoot any issues, and drive customer enhancement changes as required to support both front-end and middle-tier layers. Also understand the technical details of business processes to ensure their accurate and smooth implementation and successful execution on production environments. Responsibilities: • Interfaces between the applications, other IT Operation teams, IT Dev group, and other corporate teams. • Install and maintain SIT, TST, and Production Java applications, J2EE application servers, and assure optimum performance of the applications. • Diagnose performance/connectivity problems and errors • Provide 3rd tier support for production systems. • Ensures that all SLAs are met Required Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field • 4 Years of System/Applications Administration or development • Experience with carriers preferred. • Intermediate knowledge of Bash/Shell (Perl/Python a plus), Weblogic Application Servers, Networking, e-commerce or WebSphere Portal and SOA. • Intermediate knowledge of Web Applications architecture and Java Concepts, LDAP and DataPower preferred"
