The Business Analyst would support the management by gathering and managing various data analytics, running queries, analyzing and interpreting data trends, managing the database system, and making presentations to management. The ideal candidate would have a BS in Finance/Accounting; 2+ years of data analysis experience; previous experience in financial services industry required; prior experience with a master customer information file database/software; comfortable with large amounts of data; proficiency with Excel and Access; strong analytical/quantitative and problem-solving skills and strong attention to details; excellent organizational skills, tremendous follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining deadlines; and excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
