No sponsorship available Submit: Ken@7SolutionsUSA • Successful candidate will provide supervision and perform duties necessary for the overall maintenance of headquarters campus. • Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, systems, vehicles and property; ensure property and equipment is operational and meets safety and company requirements. • Maintain campus security to ensure safety of premises, property, Associates and visitors. Manage vendor relationships associated with campus security and campus buildings, equipment, systems and property. Varied responsibilities will include the following: • Supervise and direct associates, vendors and contractors in the overall maintenance, repair and upkeep of buildings, equipment, systems and property; this includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, building systems, elevator services, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, roofing, lighting, vehicles, pumps, generators, fire prevention equipment/systems and other public safety equipment and systems. • Supervise and perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry projects; repair and install doors and walls; perform general carpentry. • Manage handling and disposal of hazardous waste • Perform regular inspections of systems, equipment, property as required; maintain inspection records • Maintain campus security to ensure safety of premises, property, Associates and visitors. Manage security vendor relationships to maintain campus safety, including safety of property and individuals. • Provide supervision to facilities team and facilities vendors/contractors in completing facilities maintenance tasks and projects. • Purchase parts, supplies and equipment needed to perform duties • Partner with the Environmental Engineering & Safety to ensure compliance with federally mandated safety codes. • Create and maintain work schedules; manage Associates (responsibilities include hiring, supervising, training, providing feedback and disciplining Associates) • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Five to ten years related experience in facilities maintenance and security, with journeyman level skills in at least 2 of the following trades: mechanical, electrical, HVAC and/or plumbing. • Knowledge of applicable federal and state building and fire codes for commercial properties; demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships with city, county and state code compliance authorities. • Prior experience supervising a complex facilities team; high School Diploma or 2/4 year degree preferred. • Also requires excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including ability to successfully communicate with all levels; demonstrated ability to supervise and negotiate with vendors, contractors and government officials to ensure best interest are being met; ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities. • Must be willing and available to work beyond the standard work schedule to accomplish projects and respond to emergencies."
