"Our client, a household name FTSE 250 business, is seeking a lawyer to join its busy London-based team to assist with employment tribunal work and general employee relations issues for a 12 month period*. Ideally you will have strong academics, solid law firm training and have undertaken an in-house secondment (but this isn’t essential). Experience of running your own caseload of employment tribunal litigation with minimum supervision is a pre-requisite, however – as is knowledge of ER matters. You must also display excellent interpersonal skills, the confidence to communicate with all levels of the business and strong attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who is seeking their first in-house move within a business renowned for its positive and dynamic working environment.
