Duties: support the Front office Global & Domestic Portfolio Trading systems, Support to High Touch businesses. support / faces off with Traders and Sales Traders Solid communication skills understand Portfolio Trading business : Portfolio construction, Pre-trade analytics , Portfolio execution, Post-trade analytics, Booking, globally. IT needs: FIX messaging for Client Order and Execution for Portfolio trading, Market data, Instrument data, SQL, Windows based applications written in C++ and Java , Unix based applications written in Java, Messaging via RV, EMS, MQ, MS SQL Server and Windows Clustering. Key areas of Portfolio Trading support are: · Order Management for Sales & Trading, · Post Trade Booking, Allocation & Client Reporting, · Execution system · Pre- trade & intra-trade analytics Must have SKILLS · UNIX (Solaris and Linux) shells scripts. · MS SQL, Perl, Sybase. · FIX messages translating · RV, IBM MQ messaging, MS SQL Server, Windows Clustering and Autosys.
