"Job Qualifications: • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration or related area of study. • Minimum seven (7) years software development experience (in multiple environments) employing formal software development methodologies is required. • Minimum three (3) years of application and development experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management and Oracle SOA Suite is highly preferred. • Experience with Oracle relational databases is required. • Ability to create logical and physical data models and design user interfaces. • Strong knowledge of integration technologies including but not limited to HTML, ASP, .NET, JAVA, EJB, J2EE, XSLT, XAI - XML, JMS, ODBC, JDBC, JNDI, SOAP, Web Services, WSDL. • Must be able to translate business needs and requirements into technical specifications including but not limited to API documentation and data mapping for integration solutions using excellent documentation skills. • Lead system integration projects related to SOA and/or ESB."
