Please quote Job Reference: LM4171 PURPOSE: · Identify and document business requirements Foreign Exchange and Money Market traded products to enable the development of new and upgraded functionality for Back Office related applications. Liaise with Front, Back and Middle Office personnel to fully address all related processes and risk issues. · Develop and document test plans and test cases, ensuring all product types and dealing permutations are accounted for. Prepare and successfully execute the comprehensive test plans prior to obtaining user involvement. · Provide assistance to users during the UAT phase of a project, support implementations and any user training where required. KEY RESULT AREAS: · The specific results in each key area will be developed and agreed to by the incumbent and the Manager, Business Analysis, Operations IT, RBC Capital Markets. Actual performance will be measured against expectations and evaluated in each of the key areas. · Produce Operations, Risk, Finance and Compliance documentation for developers by dealing with end users. · You will be the connection between Developers and the client needs. · Keep the business fully informed of project progress. · Produce test plans Quality Assurance and test cases. Test functionality · You must be good under pressure, communicator, results driven, perform to dead lines and above average on systems / applications. · Sound knowledge of Back Office processes and procedures. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: · You will be a 3 year+ business analyst. · You will have Solid knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Money Market and support systems.
