We are looking for an experienced Senior Section Head Electrical Maintenance to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. JOB OVERVIEW To ensure the on-going availability, safety and efficiency of all electrical equipment and machinery used in production within plants countrywide through development and application of efficient servicing, maintenance and repair procedures. Reports to: Maintenance Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Minimising production costs and delays by ensuring that electrical plant machinery and equipment is maintained in sound operating condition, and when breakdowns occur ensuring that stoppages to production are kept to an absolute minimum • Monitoring the usage and reliability of electrical equipment and electrical components of plant and machinery in order to balance the cost of preventative maintenance with the potential impact and potential cost of repair following breakdown. • To support the production process by co-ordinating the work of the electrical maintenance section through manpower scheduling and the line-management and supervision of the shift supervisors (including PM and Calibration Supervisor). • To minimise machine downtime and production delays by ensuring an immediate response to all electrical breakdowns of machinery by providing expert electrical maintenance input when required and ensuring that all work is conducted according to standard. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering • At least 4 years experience in electrical/ cable manufacturing industry • Knowledge of automation, PLC drives and control • Experience managing an Electrical Maintenance Section of at least 5 staff and over 50 machines/ electrical systems • Open to all nationalities COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance • As a guideline between 10k - 15k SAR per month/ $32 - 48k USD per annum + 25% Housing To apply in confidence please email your CV in English to rose@frgr.org FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment Worldwide www.firstresortrecruitment.com" | |||||
