Requirements: Installation, setup / configuration, troubleshooting, Tuning, diagnostics and maintenance of networking and related Equipment, should be CCNP,CCIE Certified with hands on experience on Networking Protocols like BGP,OSPF,EIGRP, switching Platform like STP,VTP,l2 Security etc. Good knowledge of network security devices like firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, routers and switches. Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP) o Good technical understanding of current network, system and web platforms, such as Juniper and Cisco. Should have good knowledge of Linux and Windows system. Should have good knowledge of network protocol analyzers/sniffers and use in troubleshooting. Should possess good communication and analytical skills. Should have worked in 24 x 7 support environment. Willingness to work long hours and providing weekend support for incident response. Willingness to work in night shifts on rotations basis. Education: B-Tech / MCA, Years of Experience: 5 -7 Years. Roles & Responsibilities: Administration of High end Switches Like Cisco 6509, High end Routers, MPLS, VOIP, QoS, Nexus, Catalyst, Load Balancers, Cisco Ace, Checkpoint Firewalls, Firewalls, F5 BIG IP, Solar winds, Cisco Works, Firewalls and other security devises such as IPS / IDS, VPN solutions. Working on trouble tickets and Network change requests. Monitoring of various Networking Equipments, Lan Wan and submitting monthly report on security health. Monitoring and analyzing Network and security incidents. Providing level 2 / 3 problem isolation, determination and recovery of network resources. Running Switch, Router and firewall software updates and configuration modifications. Upgrading firewalls / routers / switches to the latest code. Debugging hardware & software system level problems in a multi-vendor multi-protocol network environment. Participating in Network, security projects and closely working with the team lead to accomplish assigned tasks"
