This is a very unique opportunity where you will be supporting a growing recruitment consulting firm from your location. In this position, you will learn how to find, attract, and recruit talent, which means you must not be afraid to pick up the phone. In addition, you will support the growth of the office assisting with invoicing, small researching projects, and social media marketing. This position is part-time and virtual for the first 6-months with the opportunity to go full-time and work both virtually and in-office afterwards, therefore we are looking for someone who is open minded, willing to learn and who has the ability to multitask. This is a ground floor opportunity so room for growth is almost guaranteed for the right individual. Job Responsibilities · Complete 6-week training recruitment training class · Make phone calls to professionals who may or may not be looking for employment · Take all incoming phone calls from potential candidates. · Complete phone interviews, schedule onsite interviews, and track the hiring process within the system. · Complete data entry within the employee database · Manage personnel filing · Contact businesses regarding their hiring process · Travel offsite to attract qualified candidates by networking and attending job fairs Additional responsibilities include: Collaborate with CEO on ideas for new advertising channels, drive social media referrals, and manage social media posting and engagement. Conduct criminal background checks and drug screens. Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner and in support of the growth of the office. Complete daily and weekly reports on recruitment and office support activities. Maintain employment records for future reference. Keep employee files up to date and organized efficiently Maintaining the invoicing and timesheet requirements when needed Additional administrative duties as requested Job Requirements It is vital for your role that you are articulate with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to easily establish rapport with applicants and clients. Specific Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree (open to recent graduates and/or upcoming Spring Graduates) or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of office and/or recruiting experience required Laptop and phone at your location with quiet Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates Ability to take ownership of duties and other tasks as assigned Strong social media experience Must be able to manage highly confidential information Qualities that will get you hired?
