This position is a staff level RN position in a Call Center environment and requires an on-line pre-employment skills assessment. This assessment is free of charge and can be taken from any PC with Internet access. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted via email with instructions. Program Area: Condition Care (disease management program for chronic health conditions such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, COPD, Asthma) PT evenings (20 hrs): 4 or 5 hour shifts M-F between 4pm-10pm with every third Saturday. Paid Training: Typically full time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm for up to 6 weeks. Evening training may be an option. • Current, unrestricted RN license • 2-3 years of clinical experience with adult population required. Med/surg, ER, ICU or Telemetry areas preferred. • Excellent oral & written communication skills + strong organizational &motivational skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to be licensed in multiple states • Professional certifications, knowledge of care management assessment techniques, & provider & community resource knowledge are a plus • Case Management Certification is a plus. MUST come from an Insurance industry background "This is a senior individual contributor role representing a high level of technical knowledge, who works within the business side of the organization along with IT representatives and others in support of high priority, visibility and/or complex projects and programs. This role will formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and an understanding of the business system requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience • Solid understanding of the insurance industry, its products, practices and operations. • Minimum of 7+years’ experience in business analysis or other related field, i.e., accounting, finance, insurance operations with prior experience identifying and documenting business requirements • Proven knowledge of the system development life cycle, and technology alternatives; understanding of interface design and user centered work methods. • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. • Excellent client and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external business partners. • Ability to lead teams on short-term basis and to coach and mentor staff at all levels. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to convey business requirements and technical needs in clear, concise, and effective manner. • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software systems, which may include solid knowledge of the system/application development life cycle and technological alternatives. • Project leadership experience desirable. • Applicable certifications preferred – CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and/or, BABOK (business analyst book of knowledge) A PLUS!
