Major Activities:

• Preparation of Monthly MIS including Product P&L and Segment P&L and providing Variance analysis for the same.
• Preparation of quarterly Board Presentations with analysis
• Interaction with the DFMs on a regular basis for reconciliations, allocation related issues and resolving any other queries as received from LoBsRegular updating of all organizational  changes and giving impact of the same in the MIS
• Liasioning with DFMs to assist in providing correct cost centre to the users for passing accounting entries (where they are not sure about the cost centres)
• Supporting preparation of Consol Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting

2. Validating the processes from cross functional stakeholders (within the organization & inter organization)
3. Implementing the processes including interface to IT wherever required
4. Training the end users on the new processes
5. Rollout of the processes across the organization
6. Monitoring of adherence to processes
7. Reviewing process efficacy and incorporating suggestions for improvement
8. Working on assigned CR’s (Change Request) to modify existing processes
