The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience and have to have the following attributes to qualify for this role. • Plan and oversee the effective maintenance and operation of all water production, water distribution, and treatment and wastewater facilities. • Supervises subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance. • Participates in the planning, designing, construction and maintenance of facilities.
