A professional with 12-15 years of industrial experience. Should have the experience of handling the entire plant operations of small/medium scale light Engineering industry. Shall be responsible for Strategic planning and resource allocation for operations. Establish operational processes and their continuous improvement Accountability for implementation of World Class manufacturing techniques and operations strategy. Advise the management team on key operational issues and make recommendations on important business decisions. Ensuing high standards of quality and productivity. Responsibility for on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
