Responsibilities:
  • International hiring
  • Search and identify the right candidates
  • Enrollment of native freelancers
  • Compensation negotiation and contract finalization
  • Business strategy

Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Postgraduate in HR or graduate with relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience: 1-3 years handling a Recruitment Profile.
  • Excellent in MS - Excel.
  • Strong sourcing background
  • Should be familiar with job portals (Indian and foreign)
  • Good communication / writing skills
  • Should have experience hiring through alternate sources utilizing the internet.
