Process Associate (Night shift)
Location
: Ahmedabad
Reports to : Team leader

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Resolve customer problems efficiently and profitably for all products/services.
  2. Ensure that customer requirements are met in one call.
  3. Manage and convince the customer to buy the product/services.
  4. Meet the customers needs and provide customer satisfaction.
  5. Meet business targets for both quantity and quality.

WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Experience of 2years or more in sales process would be desirable.
  3. Experience in Field sales/Client relationship management.
  4. Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales will be an Advantage.
  5. Experience in sales of Pharmaceutical products are preferred.
  6. Aggressive and enthusiastic towards sales project.
  7. Willingness to work in Night Shifts

Process Associate (Technical Support - Back Office)
Location

Reports to : Team leader

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Resolve customer problems efficiently and profitably for all products/services.

WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  1. Experience in a voice based process would be preferred.
  2. Excellent customer service skills with good voice and listening comprehension
  3. Fluent in English and Hindi.
  4. Must be disciplined, influencing and a team player
  5. Any graduate, ITI/Diploma/Engineering background from Mechanical / Electrical would be preferable
  6. Ready to work in 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM
  7. Age: Above 18 yrs

Quality Associate  (Night Shift)
Location
: Ahmedabad
Reports to : Team leader

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Barging calls of the employees.
  2. Giving feedbacks to the employees of their call.
  3. Meet targets for both quantity and quality.
  4. Generating weekly reports.

WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  1. Excellent command over written & spoken English and should be able to communicate in a convincing manner.
  2. Should possess analytical and problem solving skills.
  3. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS office.
  4. Should be good with process documentation and process audit.
  5. Should be graduate and experience in Quality Assurance will be preferred.
  6. Must be disciplined, influencing and a team player
  7. Ability to work in Night Shifts

US Mortgage - Loan Processing  (Night Shift)
Location
: Ahmedabad
Reports to : Team leader

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation required for the loan file.
  2. Maintain status deliverables on entire pipeline
  3. Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management.
  4. Meet crucial deadlines requested.

WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED:
  1. Excellent communication in English - both written and verbal
  2. Good with computers and internet
  3. Good logical and analytical skills
  4. Commerce background is preferred
  5. Any kind of experience of US Mortgage for minimum of 6 months
  6. Experience of US loan processing is preferred
  7. Should have an experience and should be willing to work in night shift

Accounting Professionals: Fast growing UK KPO Process
Department

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES -This position is primarily responsible for preparation of accounts finalization for CA firms in UK.

Responsibilities
  1. Ledger Scrutiny, Rectification and Correction, Finalization of Account.
  2. Report to work as scheduled without excessive absenteeism, tardiness, etc
  3. Foster a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
  4. Communicate effectively with others
  5. Maintain and continuously develop job knowledge and skills
  6. Seek assistance when needed
  7. Adhere to company’s policies and procedures


Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications Needed:
  1. Inter CA /M.Com having 2+ year of corporate accounting/audit/taxation experience including finalisation
  2. Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
