Position: Account Director


Qualification : Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM
Experience : 8 to 10 years 

Job Description :

• Responsible for developing a road map for each client and guide the team to achieve the milestones in the roadmap.
• Maintain excellent rapport with senior management personnel of the clients.
• Build one to one rapport with his/her team members.
• Deliver accounts business targets.
• Deliver on service levels as per agreement(SLA with clients)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the current client portfolio.
• Responsible for achieving quarterly billing and collection targets
• Participate in professional forums.
• Responsible for monitoring the collection of dues from the clients.
• Responsible for training the team members in ISO processes

Skills Required: Presentation, analytical, negotiation & team building skills, commercial orientation, process orientation, should have handled DM and/ or loyalty in an agency or client set-up.
