» Project Manager

The project manager will be responsible for day to day management & monitoring of on-going projects. The candidate is responsible for ensuring that all objectives including time, quality & resource are met. The candidate has to lead team of developers technically and provide robust solutions to technical problems & queries. The candidate has to evaluate & improve the existing libraries & s/w development methodologies. The candidate has to create right processes for the entire life cycle of software development. The candidate will co-ordinate with customers and will be in-charge of implementation. The candidate will be responsible for successful completion of project and satisfaction of all stakeholders. The project manager also has to do SRS, estimation & design for new projects, as well as upgrades to existing software. The candidate will also be involved in recruitment & technical evaluation of developers & other team members. The project manager should be able to create all documentations, technical & user. The candidate should be able to access emerging technologies and will be invlolved in creating future road-map.
Skills Required	:	Experience of 5 - 10 years with at least 3 years on VB / VB.NET, MS SQL Server, at least 2 years on ASP / ASP.NET. Thorough understanding of databases Good understanding of commercial application domains like finance, materials, marketing, etc. Good communication skills Strong in documentation Self-driven, hard-working & leadership qualities
Educational Background	:	BE / BTech / M.Sc. / MCA..

» Technical Architect

Technical solution architect for enterprise applications on .Net platform.
Skills Required	:	a) Should be very hands on in VB6, Visual Studio 2005, Net Development Tools, .NET 2.2 framework, ASP.NET, N-Tier Architecture and Design Patterns. b) Should be able to design application architecture; choose design patterns, frameworks, tools, write code, review code, refactor code etc. c) Should have experience in the design and architecture of complex commercial applications for overseas clients. d) Extensive experience building web-based enterprise-level applications (at least four years). e) Thorough understanding of and hands-on experience in the development of all layers of enterprise applications to analyze system scalability, integration, and performance issues as well as internationalization utilizing either unicode and/or multi-byte databases. f) Thorough understanding of MS technologies including-VB6, ASP, Visual Studio.Net, VSTS, Visual Source Safe, MS SQL Server, Windows 2000 Server, Messaging & Mailing Infrastructure, IIS and the IE browser platform. g) Should have good communication skills and leadership skills. h) Should provide technical solutions to all VB6 and .NET developers. i) Should have good knowledge on SDLC, architecture design and database design.

» Database Programmer

Skills Required	:	Good understanding of databases Indepth knowledge of MS SQL Server Ability to write SQL/T-SQL queries Preferably good understanding of commercial application domains like finance, materials, marketing, etc. Ability to collate stored procedures, triggers, views, constraints, UDF's, UDT's Ability to optimize database performance Having experience working in web-based environments as well as projects Self-driven, hard-working Adhering to development standards Ability to understand & follow instructions and work accordingly

Technical Skill Sets	:	Knowledge of softwares and web applications, database tuning.

The developer will be responsible for creating high-quality, robust, error free software according to specifications. The candidate must strictly follow all coding standards & software development methodologies. The candidate should be able to complete assigned tasks in time of required quality standard. The candidate has to maintain time-sheets and complete other necessary documentation. The developer will be responsible for creating user & technical documentation related to his/her work. The developer is also responsible for support & maintenance of the existing software.
