Job Description

Expert knowledge on the Corporate Laws and Regulations. Expert knowledge on Mercantile Laws, Contract Management.

Responsibility are:

• Vetting of all Client and Vendor Contracts.
• Prompt communication on various queries from internal and external customers.
• Contract Management.
• Proper upkeep of all legal documents.
• Compliance with all internal processes in relation to legal function.
• Compliance with applicable corporate and economic laws.

Good working knowledge on corporate taxation.

Excellent communication skills with problem shooting capabilities.
