"Top-tier financial services firm is seeking an Insurance Compliance Analyst. Responsibilities include: -Develop the Individual Annuity Department’s fixed and variable annuity contracts. -Obtain State Insurance Department approval for the company’s annuity contracts and related forms. -Negotiate with regulatory agencies to obtain approval of annuity contracts and related forms. -Review State and Federal legislation to evaluate their impact on annuity products. -Participate in e annuity product development; and the new product introduction process. -Work closely with technology groups to test contracts. -Maintain databases that support the Individual Annuity Department's state form filing functions and forms control. - Communicate product requirements to key stakeholders various system support areas that produce and administer the annuity contracts and related forms. Qualifications: -A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience with insurance products, preferably annuities. -Outstanding organizational and communication skills. -Must be detail-orientated and possess strong analytical skills. -Series 6 or will need to be obtained in one year. -Experience with State Insurance Department contract approval process is preferred. -Insurance product compliance, insurance regulatory or related paralegal or audit experience would be ideal.
