Job Description Reporting to the company’s Global Sales Director the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for directing and managing all activities related to the selling of our client’s products in the EMEA region. This includes the responsibilities associated with people management In addition, but not limited to, managing budgets, sales plans, sales pipeline, sales forecasts & Pre Sales activities. Responsibilities • Responsible for managing the regional sales efforts to meet the business objectives of product sales in terms of booking, margin and cost of sales. This may include personally leading strategic sales processes. • Responsible for the market strategy per customer segment i.e. sales channels, tier 1 operators, global groups (direct or in-direct), established in the designated region. • Assess and manage sales & pre-sales personnel and agents/partners. • Preparation of forecasts, sales reports, annual budgets and operation within expense budget parameters for EMEA. Skill Required o At least 10 years of experience as a sales manager in the designated regions, for various hi-tech global companies including a large corporation, startup company, etc. o Knowledge and experience within the business domain (i.e. MIG, Video on Mobile, VAS in Mobile). IP Packet or IP Data related company would be ideal o Experience with remote people management. o Willingness for frequent travel. Benefits Excellent benefits!
