Project Management Consultant , Belgium Skill: Project Management Location: Belgium Roles and Responsibilities 1) Plan the program and monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate. 2) Management and analysis of issues. 3) Build, manage and motivate the Program team. 4) Ensure the delivery of new products or services from the projects to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan. 5) Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the program. 6) Manage third party contributions to the program as appropriate. 7) Communicate with all stakeholders. 8) Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects. 9) Manage the risks to the program’s successful outcome. 10) Report progress of the program at regular intervals to all the stakeholders. 11) Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives. 12) Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization. 13) Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent. 14) Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a technical team environment. 15) Present periodic Dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities and client issues. Skills / Attributes Required 1) A minimum of 10 years experience in Project / program Management using leading methodologies and processes. 2) Experience of managing multiple parties including Senior Project Managers and third party vendors on high profile and technologically innovative enterprise solutions. 3) The ability to manage large teams (50-80) across multiple locations. 4) Ability to create a sense of community amongst the disparate members of the program teams.
