Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: 6 Month Contract Linux System Analyst in Boston | meghan.maher@avidtr.com Meghan Maher posted a job: 6 Month Contract Linux System Analyst in Boston | meghan.maher@avidtr.com "**If interested please contact me directly at (617)951-1894 or meghan.maher@avidtr.com Job Description • Demonstrated experience in Linux systems administration (ideally, RHEL/CentOS). • Demonstrated experience in developing scripts in one or more of bash, Python, or Perl. • Experience building (from source) and managing (via packages) open source and other 3rd party software on Linux. • Experience managing the Atlassian software development tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Fisheye/Cruicible) strongly preferred. • Experience with revision control systems; Subversion experience preferred. • Working knowledge of network (LAN routing, subnets) and file storage/sharing technologies including NFS, SAN, CIFS. • Understanding of SQL database systems and concepts. • Knowledge of VMWARE a plus. • Knowledge of LSF and/or SGE scheduling systems a plus. • Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Excellent time management and organizational skills About AVID Technical Resources: AVID (Applications, Voice, Internet, Data) Technical Resources is a contract and permanent IT recruiting company.
