"As part of our clients Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) team, you will work with the biggest brands in finance and insurance in Europe. You will be part of a technical team that is helping clients transform their business and IT operations. You will be involved in, •Solution Design – Performs High and Low level design, provides pseudo codes, Implement the prototype and does design review in order to deliver design documents as per customer requirements. •Solution Architect – Participate in Architecture review sessions to provide inputs to architecture team through Framework Analysis, Design Patterns, Prototype Specifications in order to be able to create High Level design specification. •Development/ Build – Guide the team in developing optimized high quality code deliverables; perform code deliverables review and Unit Test plan review. Conduct independent testing and sign off code release for testing stage in order to build application conforming to projects standards and requirements. •Solution Implementation – Provides inputs for overall implementation plan, lead deployment of application/ infrastructure and post production support activities in order to enable productionisation of application/ system/ infrastructure. Technical Skills & Experience •Min. experience of 5 years is needed. •Working knowledge of SDLC cycle. •Expertise in any of the existing market leader RDBMS like Oracle, DB2, SQL Server. •Working knowledge of Data Modelling (Logical and Physical database design). •Knowledge of OLTP and DSS database design is preferred. •Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica, Data Integrator is preferred. •Knowledge of database Clustering and Data Replication technologies •Good Knowledge of PL/SQL coding, usage of different database objects like Views, Materialized Views, Functions, Procedures, Packages, Global Temporary tables. •Knowledge of scripting languages like UNIX shell script for server application development. •Knowledge of SQL Tuning, Database Performance Tuning using Oracle AWR reports. •Knowledge of database backup and recovery methods. •Knowledge of UML Design, different architecture Design Patterns. Other Skills & Experience •Working knowledge of Banking & Capital Markets domain. •Bachelor’s degree required. •Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary •Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Language •Dutch and English.
