An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly professional Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join the Corporate and Commercial team. Responsible for managing Commercial/Corporate cases, you will have a proven track record in working in the Canberra market. You will have experience assisting with providing advice to clients about establishing and restructuring business entities, commercial contracting, consultancy and service agreements, joint venture, partnership and share holder arrangements. You will also be able to demonstrate solid exposure to advising on sale of assets, business protection (including restraints and IP), and corporate compliance and governance.
