"My Client is looking for a Training Manager. Location - Jeddah - KSA SAUDI NATIONALS or people with Transferable Iqama. Sector - TELECOM / Retail / IT Details As Training Manager, Candidate is to lead a team to implement the Global retail training program that supports the execution of Client at the Local Sales Unit level. The individual will work closely with the Head of Retail and SU Academy Managers to develop and implement, to maximize the performance of the Field Force and drive solution selling across all Retail channels as part of overall retail support leading increased value sales and customer retention across all channels. The Training Manager will have the following responsibilities 1. Manage the Training Center deployment budget including localization, trainer costs, training delivery and platform usage. 2. Manage the day to day relationship with the LSU training vendors including localization & trainers 3. Manage any localization, training coordination and trainers resources Additionally - 1. Primary point of contact in LSU for all Academy interfaces including RCM, Retail and General Retail 2. Accountability for deploying global processes that support Academy to improve retail sales competency and Solution Selling capability of Field Force, Retail Sales Staff, Trade Partners and Trainers. 3. Leads the Academy organization at the Local Sales unit to drive sell-out through integrated training programs. 4. Ensure Global Academy content created by RCM is effectively used to increase sales assistant’s ability to demonstrate the value of solutions 5. Lead the development and implementation of competency development including Certification for Field Force, Trainers and Retail Assistants. 6. Define and monitor Academy performance metrics to drive clear and measurable improvements in program performance and efficiency. 8. Execution of channel partner training collaboration program 9. Coordination with the global Academy team to ensure consistent execution and support for Retail program. 10. Implement and support the ongoing usage of standard Retail IT platforms eg Retail Learning across LSU and contribute to the standardization of these platforms. 11. Identify best practice at the LSU level and share with Global counterparts. 12. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of Global standard practices Experience • Degree • Strong experience in training program development or management • Sales and marketing experience required • Exposure to retail management • 6+ year’s relevant experience.
