My client is the software/automation division of one of the largest company in the world. I am looking for a person to help build products from existing ideas or develop new ideas based on their industry experience and their contact with customers and prospects. They must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the detailed drive to make that vision a reality. Reporting to the Director of Product Management & Marketing, the Product Manager Market Intelligence & Market Analysis is responsible for the success/profitability of designated, global product lines, including market analysis, requirement gathering, roadmap development, and product execution. They must enjoy spending time in the market to understand its problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. Working within the Product Management team to define the ‘go-to-market’ strategy, their analysis will contribute to the product positioning, key benefits, target customers and regional or other variations. They will serve as an internal & external evangelist for the product offerings, working with sales channels and key customers, so effective communicate is a must. The position require min 5 years Product Management (ideally in software) with a min of 2 years in product marketing, This person will need to be a motivated self-starter, who is driven and ambitious, with an exceptional analytic ability.
