"Sr. Project Manager :: NYC, NY Temp :: Minimum 6 Months Send resumes to Amanda@ttscreative.com +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Position Summary: Serve as a senior team member to manage the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance project, the goal of which is to move all Consumer Marketing and Subscriber Communications from their current states to 100% PII compliance, while ensuring continued business success and a positive customer experience. This position will be responsible for working with IT and campaign mangers/business owners across the organization to audit and document the current state of compliance, understand and identify the implications and impacts on subscribers and on the business of implementing compliance requirements, and develop and oversee implementation of a project plan to achieve compliance in the timeline provided. Duties and Responsibilities: · This position will be responsible for working with IT and campaign mangers/business owners across the organization to audit and document the current state of compliance. · Working with business stakeholders, individual campaign managers, legal, business development and IT, identify and document gaps between the current and necessary state, the changes required to close the gaps and the implications of those changes on the business and the customer experience. · 8+ years process, project or program management experience that includes the development of data/campaign specifications, creative development, marketing operations. · Previous experience with PII compliance initiatives highly desired. Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred MA/MS preferred 8+ years process, project or program management experience that includes the development of data/campaign specifications, creative development, marketing operations.
