"Title: Strategic Planning Program Manager Location: Bedford, OH Overview - Responsible for oversight and delivery of all strategic planning programs and projects including program development and planning, strategic project portfolio management, program tracking and success recognition. - Collaborate with all levels of the organization and engages with executive leaders to drive program results. - Develop and deliver clear, compelling communication to foster program commitment. - Provides industry best-practices and benchmarks to provoke competitive insight in developing our strategic programs. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree -- preferably with Business or Science/Engineering major as demonstrated by strong business acumen, ability to speak the language of our business and an understanding of the elements of a pharmaceutical value chain (from product development through order fulfillment to customer delivery) - In lieu of Bachelor's degree - significant experience in executive leadership coupled by deep technical experience in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt), Change Management and Strategic Planning methodologies, including Business Process Management and Business Assessment (e.g. Baldrige Award experience). - Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry (i.e. pharmaceuticals, medical device, electronics) as evidenced by possessing broad business experience across the pharmaceutical value chain with deep experience in one or more function areas. Key business experience areas include Operations, Demand-side, Product portfolio management, New Product Development, strategic planning - Experience working with high-level executives, across geography (working globally). Comfortable with using virtual collaboration technologies, such as video conferencing, internet meetings, etc. - Lean Six Sigma certification and/or Operational Excellence leadership experience. Possesses a deep knowledge base of a variety of business improvement and strategic management techniques (deep toolbox). Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge and experience in developing, building, managing and reporting on large cross-functional initiatives/projects. - Demonstrated skills and experience in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management methodologies as evidenced by - Skilled in real-world application of various strategic frameworks and tools (e.g Hoshen-Kanri, Multi-Generational Planning, Strategic Cascades, OGSMs, Strategic Roadmaps). - Experience with leading a function and/or transforming a function's performance towards a challenging strategic goal (e.g. major cost reduction, quality turnaround, major capacity improvement) Please email your resume to - dan.wienczkowski@rightthinginc.com"
