"We are currently hiring senior level Cisco IP Voice Engineers/Architects for one of the nations largest Cisco Gold Partners. We have opportunities in Hawaii, Northern and Southern California, Phoenix, AZ, and Alaska. Candidates will be required to travel up to 50% within their local metropolitan area and some possible regional travel. The chosen candidate's primary responsibilities will be: - Deployment of new voice technology on customer premises - Integration into customer staff, culture, and processes - Assistance with project scoping and network design - A trusted advisor to customers and internal staff - Knowledge transfer and training to customer IT staff Qualified candidates will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on Cisco experience. Qualified applicants need to specialize in voice technologies and networking (specifically IPTel), but will also have the ability to learn other Cisco Advanced Technologies (wireless, Security, & video). Candidates will be working with customers to deliver solutions surrounding the following: - Call Manager - Unity - QOS - Meeting Place - Telepresence - IPCC Express A CCNP Voice or CCVP is required and a CCIE or any additional Specialty Certifications are preferred. Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and presentation skills required. The position will require up to 50% local travel focused in delivery and/or post-sales. The candidate should feel comfortable supporting the sales effort with presentations and meeting with customers."
