"Working for a IT managed services company, you will be working as part of a close knit team of 5 supporting a range of corporate clients. The team supports, maintain and develop a national network and provides 3rd level support within a Windows, Active Director and Citrix XenApp environment. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that calls are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Resolve or refer IT issues logged on the Helpdesk. Monitor referred calls. Ensure that all procedures are logged and documented in the Company Knowledge Base. Install, configure and support new IT developments. Manage IT projects Develop and maintain Windows systems Support Citrix XenApp environment Essential Skills/Experience required for the position: Administration skills for Windows 2008R2, PowerShell and Citrix XenApp. Hardware configuration and management skills. Demonstrates strong communication and liaison ability with all levels of staff. Demonstrates proficiency in documenting developments. Well developed organisation skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively manages project priorities. Displays confidence and initiative in dealing with team members. Ability to train others. Certification/Training: MCITP (Enterprise Admin) or equivalent. Microsoft Server administration experience. Citrix XenApp experience Sound knowledge in PowerShell.
