Skill : SAP MM (3 to 6Yrs) a ) Candidate should have MM Functional consultant having experience for 5 years in SAP System and should have material management functional experience with business process(PM) for 2/3 years. b ) Configuration skill for PO doc types, PR Doc types, taxation procedure for all purchases, pricing procedure release strategy for PR / PO / Contracts, interface with FI for automatic posting for all Inventory Management transaction, invoice verification transaction,, vendor master and matl types… Skill : SAP HR Payroll (4 to 8Yrs) • At least relevant 4 + yrs of exp • Familiarity to SAP HR • People management skills • Should have working knowledge on following modules: Personnel Administration, Basic Organization Management, Travel Management (ESS), Time Management (ESS), Claims (ESS), Personal development, E-recruitment, Knowledge of SAP HR MSS. OM, PA, Time, Payroll, ESS, MSS • Should have good people management skills. Should have worked on Contractors and vendor management. • Experience in managing the client relationship. Managing the day to day operations with the team leads and team members. Some HR background. Skill : SAP FICO (5 to 8 Yrs) 2) Knowledge of Asset Module, - Configuration and process 3) Understanding of AP, AR and House Bank Setup. 4) Extended Withholding Tax configuration 5) Integration of MM, SD and PP with FI 6)Knowledge of Period and Annual closing process in FI.7) Knowledge of CIN, Asset Management Module, Withholding tax Controlling: 1)Cost Element Accounting: Understand and usage of primary and secondary cost element. 2)Product costing- Basic steps cost component variant and structure, Defining overhead cost, running product costing and it analysis, Production order settlement and variant calculation.
