"FXCM is a FCM or also commonly referred to as an Electronic FX Broker. The FXCM Pro department, who only deal with Institutional Clients is seeking an experienced Operations Associate The successful candidate will have some leadership skills and excellent communication skills as well as an entrepreneurial personality. Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to): • The candidate will be part of a global team of 6-8 staff providing operational support to the Institutional sales team. • The work including creating and maintaining the process used for the lifecycle of a client from close of sale to compliance procedures, documentation requirements, platform onboarding, and post trade clearing and settlement • Working closely with each sales rep on the above to meet the specific needs and business requirements of each client during their lifecycle Creating and maintaining relationships with the firm’s prime brokers, platform providers, technical partners and other internal departments such as accounting and back office so the day to day running of the platform is fully supported. • Creatively seeking solutions to challenges arising from client requirements and requests from within the firm using the tools and systems available as necessary. • Acting as a project manager for new developments to the trading systems from an Operations and deal flow perspective. • Liaising with legal on all documentation required for new projects and customers • Running all accounting for the department including managing the delivery of semi-annual reports on net earnings. Skills/Requirements: • Must be eligible to work in Israel • Mother Tongue English (Written and Verbal) • Extensive experience in an FX PB operational role and a strong background in financial management • Experienced in FX Margin , Settlements and Back Office processes • Highly motivated with proven skills • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the company • Be a team player with exceptional organizational and management skills and be comfortable working under pressure and with tight deadlines. • Must have experience of high level project management and demonstrable experience of managing several tasks simultaneously • Data handling and data analysis skills • Ability to allocate resources to ensure completion on time and within budget; • Ability to translate strategy into attainable operational goals • Extensive Microsoft application skills Asset Classes Traded by FXCMPro:  Spot  FX Options The firm’s ambitions are not limited to these two asset classes and the firm hopes to grow the business substantially Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm & Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm.
