"Position – Talent Sustainability Manager Location – Lebanon Client – Global FMCG Giant Job Details As a Talent Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for the entire Organizational Development across Levant and Africa, covering countries like Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Morocco, and so on. You will be instrumental in ramping up the current OD practices, conduct Gap Analysis, Training and Performance management. You will lead the development and standardization and implementation of Human Resources initiatives, organizational development to ensure bench of highly potential talent. The position provides technical expertise and advice to senior management on identifying and solving HR related issues. You will be in charge of implementing and coordination of policies and programs for the region. Provide HR contribution to the Business Strategy Plan. Employee engagement is an important aspect of the role. You will also take care of the internal communication across offices in the US, MENA, APAC. Along with OD, as a Talent Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for the staffing and planning. This will also focus on Talent development and retention and engagement. You will also contribute to the company’s ability to attract, retain and motivate talented, engaged and committed employees by recommending sound and equitable performance and reward systems and competitive total C&B, policies. Support the design and implementation of change management strategies and processes which deliver organization development objectives, skills development. Candidate Details To be considered for the role you should have more than 7 years of hands on experience in the mentioned functions with big organizations. For this role preference will be given to Females preferably from Lebanon, based anywhere.
