"NOC WINTEL Support Engineer up to 28,000 QR PER MONTH + bonus + flights + healthcare ($100,000 USD Basic Tax Free) Leading IT Company is looking to hire a NOC Support Engineer who will be responsible for supporting Network Uptime and managing client relationships network monitoring software for government and private sector organizations. ****Please DON NOT apply if do not work for an IT Services Consulting Company or Systems Integrator like EDS, Accenture, IBM, Injazat **** Only open to Western and Arab candidates due to VISA quotas being met. 1. Providing NOC support and reacting to service requests generated by the system monitoring tool sets. 2. Working on WINTEL projects to resolve issues and ensure network up time. 3. Follow a set of daily procedures to ensure and maintain systems stability and security on behalf of and clients 4. team must have excellent troubleshooting skills as well as thorough knowledge of all ’s products, services, and Service Management processes 5. Ability to diagnose service related issues in complex environments 6. Support the service desk and L3 engineers 7. Work within technical strategies driven by business objectives and Enterprise Architectures based on industry-recognised standards 8. All outputs must adhere to the SMF and agreed ISO standards 9. Operational experience in maintaining complex IT environments Essential Skills and Exp: (Must have 1 to 6) 1. Experience (minimum of 7years) in a NOC environment with a systems integration or IT Consulting firm. Coming from companies like EDS, Accenture, IBM, Injazat and other high end Systems integrators will give an advantage. 2. Participate within the NOC 24X7X365 support shift and standby systems 3. Strong experience in WINTEL 4. Support the Service Desk in resolution of client related incidents 5. Up to date Microsoft Practical hands on experience MCSE, MCSA 6. Strong network analysis skills ideally in a Cisco environment, CCNA or CCNP 7. Experience in server maintenance (Patching, hardening etc) 8. SQL and strong trouble shooting and problem analysis skills 9.
