"I am seeking a candidate for a Help Desk/Support opportunity : To answer incoming calls and emails from external customers and respond to their technical questions around client applications. Each call will be documented in the Infradesk ticketing system. If the ticket needs to be escalated, the support analyst will direct the ticket to the appropriate group for resolution. Qualifications/Experience: - Minimum of two years providing telephone support to external customers. - Solid working knowledge of browsers including Firefox and IE. Safari is a plus. - Troubleshooting less complex computer problems that cause performance issues across the Internet - Quick to learn without formal training - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently - Strong problem-solving skills. -Active directory experience -Previous Help Desk experience If you are interested please email me at: katie@sutoer.com.
