"Job Description One of the top names in private wealth management is seeking seasoned outgoing sales professionals with a current track in sales as a Hunter that come from a consultative selling background with a financial stripe that are used to earning $200K and above… This is a critical position and we are highly selective: he or she plays the central role in cultivating new clients and advising existing ones. We therefore seek intelligent, well-educated, and seasoned professionals, with a proven record of building relationships based on advice of the highest quality and deep mutual trust. Before joining our firm, all of our advisors came from other industries that excelled at developing business, with over seven years of experience on average. While sales is the ideal background, successful Advisors have also come from accounting, law, consulting, and commercial real estate backgrounds just to name a few. Desired Skills & Experience To be successful, an Advisor must: • Build deep relationships with a range of clients • Establish credibility as a source of trustworthy advice • A demonstrated track record of success and career progression as a Top Producer in sales. • A strong “direct” sales background as a “Hunter” minimum 7 years experience in the field. A builder and a creator, not someone who has been successful due to working internal referrals. • Someone who has lived in the immediate area for many years and is well connected as evidenced by a network of professionals and community involvement. Having built a local territory is a plus. • Someone with a financial stripe. Not directly in our industry but someone with strong business acumen (Investment Banking as an example) with a four year minimum degree or MBA. • With qualities of a Trusted Advisor with a consultative selling background. • Someone who enjoys the challenge of building relationships. • This position has a primary responsibility as an asset gatherer building referral business through local CPA and Law firms that represent high-net worth individuals, families, foundations and endowments. Company Description Our Blue-Chip client oversees more than $300 billion in private capital for families, individuals, foundations and endowments. Primary responsibility will be calling on specialty attorneys and CPA’s to consult with their high net worth cliental. Benefits/Compensation • Client offers a commensurate $150K base guaranty for four and a half years. • Within years 3 and 5 you should be earning between $300-$400K and above. • A No-Cap commission plan with annuity trailers that will get you well into seven figures. • A personal assistant to help push all the paper work allowing you to do what you do best and that is meet with your clients with a proven sales infrastructure able to support you 100% • A liberal expense account to help build your business. • Full executive benefits includes paid vacation time, 401K and an opportunity to become a principal of company enabling you to earn even higher bonus income.
